As a company, Momo Chicken has always placed the needs of its guests at the top of its priority list. As a result of the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19), Momo has taken considerable time to review its strict food and beverage handling standards.
As always, we will continue to do business as usual, with several new processes in place to ensure your safety and overall satisfaction.
Safety processes have been updated as follows:
There has been an increase in hygiene standards in the restaurant, which include the requirement for employees to wash their hands more frequently, to wear gloves in all food preparation areas, and to sanitise all surfaces on a regular basis throughout the day.
Regular sanitization of EFTPOS machines and areas where team members and guests interact frequently.
In order to avoid any cash handling, we encourage guests to use Tap and Go on EFTPOS machines.
Each of our products and ingredients has undergone a thorough review and is packed/contained in a secure manner.
Consequently, any future changes imposed by National or State authorities will be monitored and complied with.
Please remember to social distance by 1.5m when awaiting takeaway orders.
